vsh18 Issues
There appear to be some hardware issues with vsh18 that have caused two reboots tonight. We’re diagnosing the issue now and will have the machine back online shortly.
Update 8:21pm – The machine is back online. If it continues to have issues this evening, we will swap it to new hardware. We will keep this post updated with further news.
Update 8:42pm – We are trying our last fix. If this does not resolve the issue, we will swap the machine to new hardware tonight.
Update 10:14pm – The machine has continued to experience intermittent issues. Rather than continue to troubleshoot it, we are bringing up replacement hardware and will migrate the data to the replacement machine. We will update this ticket when that’s done and will continue to troubleshoot the machine while this is occurring.
Update 12:47pm – VPSes are coming up on the replacement hardware now. We’ll post when we’re done.
Update 11:17pm – We are beginning the migration of servers now. We will post when it has been completed.
Update 1:17am – All customer VPS units are running on the replacement hardware and all sites are back online. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Our billing department will be issuing all customers on this machine credit per our SLA.
