Service Level Agreement

We’re proud to be the first major Ruby on Rails oriented hosting provider to publically offer a Service Level Agreement. This document lays out the roles and responsibilities of the customer and of Blue Box Group. It documents our commitment to our customers and the remedies that are available if we do not meet that commitment. We encourage all our customers to read and understand the terms enclosed.
